No worries. I set up the email just as I would outlook or thunderbird. My SMTP does require SSL. So I set it up that way. I go to the email tab to send an email and I get the message telling me that my SMTP does NOT support SSL. Sending email from the admin such as to new users and so forth seems to work fine. It's just the email tab. I realize it's in beta but I wasn't sure where we are on that or if there's a fix yet and it would be really nice to have everything working.

Thanks

I get an error when i try to send an email from opengoo. It tells me that my server does not accept SSL connections but it does and that's the only way the smtp will work. Any ideas?

How To's / Login From Another Page
« on: May 22, 2009, 05:11:24 pm »
I trying to figure out how to log in from another page. Say my opengoo is at http://opengoo.domainname.com and I want to login from http://www.domainname.com. In other words, I want to install opengoo in a sub directory but login from the main page.

I can link to the login page but I want to just go ahead and login all at once. Any help would be much appreciated.
