With not much users on Feng Office we already have hell with too much email notifications.
It is neccessary toprovide means to hanle these notifications.
- there should be an option to check which type of notifications user wants to receive
- there should be an option for user to select notifications by Workspace, Tag, object type, creator, subscription state etc...
- there should be an option to receive summary of notifications in one email instead of single email for each notification event
- there should be an option to group nortifications by object so if there are several notification for single object, there is just one email
- there should be an option to delay notifications, instead of imediate sending. That would allow notifications to be summarizes in single email. For example, user may set to receive notfications each hoyur, so he would get singe email containing all notifications within that hour.
I am sure, it would be easy to thing of more ways to solve this problem with too much email notifications.

This is a very good idea.
While executive users like the notification feature at the start, if there is a busy group or set of tasks, they quickly become overwhelm and opt out which reduces the effectiveness of notifications.
For instance the delay time could be in hours so that entering '24" would send the notifications once a day at the indicated company start time.

I made these suggestions as since day one of use of FengOffice we noticed that notifications are overwhelming.
Ther eis simply too much email which is mostly, not even infoamtive as it does not even report exact cause of notification.
For the worse, it reports every single issue, no matter of importance. It even reports when admin deleted object from trash which is totally unnecessary.

I agree, this function would be enhance the email function in the Feng Office greatly.
I hope the administrators will consider it.
