Jak przyspieszyć działanie modułu e-mail ? Zauważyłem że z dużym opóźnieniem moduł e-mail pobiera wiadomości z serwera pocztowego. Jak można to przyspieszyć ? Co ma na to wpływ ?
Przykład: równolegle przeglądam zawartość skrzynki IMAP na fengoffice i na thunderbird i ten drugi ma od razu widok nowej wiadomości a fengoffice po ok. 30 minutach. Czemu ?
How to speed up e-mail module? I noticed that a long delay module retrieves email messages from the mail server. How can I speed up? What is the impact?
Example: parallel to browse the contents of an IMAP mailbox on fengoffice and thunderbird and the second is to immediately view the new message and fengoffice after about 30 minutes. Why?

Najprawdpodobniej winne temu są ustawienia Cron Job w panelu hostingowym serwera na którym Feng Office funkcjonuje. Cron to nic innego jak program, który z poziomu Linux'a uruchamia wskazane skrypty zgodnie z deklarowaną częstotliwością.
Większość kont hostingowych (nawet typu shared) posiada specjalną zakładkę do Crona. Należałoby odpowiednio ustawić częstotliwość zdarzenia w panelu serwera, po czym ustawić podobną wartość w samym Feng Office

Jesli chodzi o czestotliwosc sciagania to jest ona uzalezniona od ustawienia Cron na serwerze (np, cPanel) i w programie, a konkretnie decyduje najwiekszy wskaznik. Czyli jesli w programie bedzie ustawiony na 5 minut a w panelu konta hostingowego na 30 min to decyduje to ostatnie ustawienie.

dzięki za odpowiedź, mam duży problem bo fengoffice jest świetny ale nie mogę dojść do ładu. Mam taki problem że nie ściąga mi poczty IMAP, nawet po wielu godzinach a nawet dniach. Szukam rozwiązania na ten problem. Korzystam z zewnętrznego hostingu w superhost.pl i do tej pory używałem Thunderbird'a z kontem IMAP i wszystko pięknie działało. Miałem w domu i w firmie takie same ustawienie i pięknie skrzynki były synchronizowane. Jak coś wysłałem w domu to było to dostępne w firmie w folderze wysłane. A teraz przesiadłem się na fengoffice z kontem IMAP i DRAMAT. Nie pobiera wszystkich wiadomości, nie synchronizuje z kontem IMAP na serwerze.
CO JEST ? Przecież nie jest taka trudna funkcja ...
Masz jakieś wskazówki - jeśli chodzi o cPanel to będę się kontaktował z administratorem serwera ale jedna rzecz mi się nie zgadza. Zrobiłem taki test że sprawdzałem równolegle pocztę przez Thunderbirda i Feng i w Thunderbi'dzie nowe wiadomości były widoczne od razu a w Feng z dużym opóźnieniem i NIE WSZYSTKIE ! Pomijał wybrane !

Are your Cron settings fine? Have you tried downloading the emails manually (remember by default you may download up to 10 emails, but you may change this option at the Admin panel of course).
Regarding synchronization with your IMAP server when sending emails, this feature has already been added to our next version, 1.7.1, which is coming out pretty soon

I do not know what is wrong. I enclose my cron.php file. Moreover, nothing changed in the settings. I checked the mail server administrator and gave me a value:
- max_execution_time 30
- memory_limit 32M
The administrator advised to turn and give the error log reports:

What do they mean? How do I fix these errors?
Nie wiem co jest źle . Załączam mój plik cron.php. Ponadto nic nie zmieniałem w ustawieniach. Sprawdzałem u administratora serwera pocztowego i podał mi wartości :

Version 1.7.
I checked with your server administrator and port numbers:
587 for outgoing SMTP
993 for IMAP downloads
but still not working.
The port numbers are certainly good and IMAP on the server for sure works well, because Firefox sees everything beautiful and syncs.
Sprawdzałem u administratora serwera numery portów i:
dla wychodzących SMTP 587
dla pobieranych IMAP 993
ale dalej nie działa.
Numery portów są na pewno dobre i IMAP na serwerze na pewno dobrze działa bo Thunderbird wszystko pięknie widzi i synchronizuje .
Co może jeszcze być ?

Dzieją się bardzo dziwne rzeczy. Zmieniłem ustawienia konta pocztowego na POP3, wpisałem prawidłowe numery portów:
- do wysyłania : 587
- do odbierania : 995
odbiera pocztę ładnie bez problemów ale nie chce wysyłać ! Wiadomości oczekują do wysłania i ich nie wysyła od 10 godzin.
Co się dzieje ?
Już zrezygnowałem z protokołu IMAP na rzecz POP3 byle działał prawidłowo a tutaj znów problemy !
Happen very strange things. I changed the settings for POP3 mail account, I entered the correct port numbers:
- To send: 587
- To receive: 995
nice to receive mail without any problems but I do not want to send! Messages waiting to be sent and sends them for 10 hours.
What's happening?
Already resigned from IMAP to POP3, so that work properly and the problems are here again!

Dobra wiadomość - > w końcu moduł e-mail działa w trybie POP3 !
Zła wiadomość ------> bardzo żałuje że IMAP nie działa !
Wskazówka :
Aby POP3 działał (w moim przypadku) trzeba było uzyskać od administratora serwera pocztowego numerów portów dla POP3 i SMTP i czy musi być uwierzytelnienie. Ponadto w module Administracji -- konfiguracja --- wysyłanie wiadomości e-mail -- trzeba wybrać sposób wysyłania przez SMTP i powtórzyć numery portów z uwierzytelnieniem lub bez.
UWAGI DO AUTORÓW FENGOFFCIE:
Proszę bardzo o poprawienie działania protokołu IMAP ponieważ nie radzi sobie z typowymi funkcjami. Jestem bardzo zadowolony ogólnie z Fengoffice ale brakuje mi tego IMAP.

Good news -> at the end of the e-mail module operates as a POP3!
The bad news ------> regrets very much that IMAP does not work!
Tip:
For POP3 work (in my case) had to be obtained from the administrator's mail server port numbers for POP3 and SMTP, and whether it must be authenticated. In addition, the Administration module - Configuration --- sending e-mail - you choose how to send via SMTP port numbers and repeat with or without authentication.
NOTES TO AUTHORS FENGOFFCIE:
You're welcome to improve the operation of IMAP because it can not cope with the typical functions. I'm very pleased overall with the Fengoffice but I lack the IMAP.

Hi Robert, what you say is weird since we use IMAP without problems at all. Are you completely sure you have your settings all right? Are you able to fetch your IMAP folders? For instance, for gmail accounts, the IMAP port is 993 and the SMTP is 465, and it uses SSL authentication

In his FenfOffice do not use mail server gmail. My server is www.superhost.pl and port numbers and SSL mode is a proven administrator. Although this does not fetch IMAP folders with messages. Retrieve selected messages and outbox is not synchronized.
I tried to test his private box with gmail and also had problems synchronizing the outbox and receive messages in a long delay, even two days.
For example, access through Thunderbird via IMAP to the server and gmail superhost.pl is seamless. So I think that this wine Fengoffice. I need to test for you to set up an account on my server and he can be convinced about the problem.

W swoim FenfOffice nie używam serwera poczty gmail. Mój serwer jest na www.superhost.pl i numery portów oraz tryb SSL jest sprawdzony u administratora. Pomimo tego IMAP nie pobierał katalogów z wiadomościami. Pobierał wybrane wiadomości a skrzynkę nadawczą nie synchronizował.
Dla testów spróbowałem z swoja prywatną skrzynką gmail i też miałem problemy z synchronizowaniem skrzynki nadawczej a wiadomości odbierał w dużym opóźnieniem, nawet 2 dni.
Dla przykładu poprzez Thunderbird dostęp przez IMAP do serwera superhost.pl i gmail jest bezproblemowy. Więc sądzę że to wina Fengoffice. Mogę dla potrzeby testów założyć dla ciebie konto na moim serwerze i sam możesz się przekonać o problemie.

If you are able to fetch the IMAP folder, that means the settings are all right, otherwise, there may be something missing.. or as you said, some problem with the coding.. but so far we haven't been informed of this kind of problems as far as I know.
So keep on trying different settings to see how it goes!
Regarding the sychronization and such, just do it through the Cron, and you will be able to download all the emails the email account has!

I noticed errors in annexing the files to an e-mail and error that you can not click the left mouse button on the recipient in the field of e-mail address. It only works with the enter key.
