Hi!
Is anywhere tool for load and upgrade plugins by web?

Just go into settings, then plugins, and then you can update plugins there.  It's all web based, and it works well.

Is it true for community version?
In my case I can't find any tools for load new version of plugin

Typically there is only an upgrade button if Feng finds a new version.  However, I don't know how this gets triggered....  maybe there is a version number file that compares with version installed somewhere?  I'd have to look more in depth.

All of the native plugins are already at their latest version, it seems.

By the way - i'm interested in your android app....
