I've got the same Problem when posting this report here http://forum.fengoffice.com/index.php?topic=20113.msg38953 and it almost drove me nuts.
It happens when you post code using the "insert code" Feature but works when you use the "Insert Quote" Option.

Ahh thanks for the feedback! Looks like it is one of the plugins in SMF that prevents bot from posting.. but which also affects other users :/
Will share this info with my colleagues.
