Hi, I'm using Feng Office 2.6.1 and everything is alright, except that there is 500: Internal Server Error when I'm trying to check if there are new e-mails. I have checked log file and there is an entry like this:

I did not changes in code or anything. Also I have tried to upgrade to new Feng Office but problem resists, so I came back to 2.6.1. Any advices how to fix it? Thank you in advance :)

No one? :) Problem persists, I was speaking with hosting company, they claim that error is not on their side... I hope you can help me to fix it :)

Thank you :)

Hi there!

I am afraid Error 500 means that there is an issue in the Apache server settings, or other server setting, so you should look into the Apache error log.

Best,
Francisco

Dear Francisco, thank you for reply. I have reported it to hosting company, will see what they can do about it... Strange because, I'm using two Feng Office, one for my foundation, second for music label managed by foundation. Second one works fine, first not :) I have checked log file again and there is new entry about that issue:

#1 ERROR: Error: Undefined variable: conv_mail in '/home/pracamoc/public_html/pracamocenergia.pl-biuro/plugins/mail/application/helpers/MailUtilities.class.php' on line 459 (error code: 8)

Do you think it is also related to hosting? Thank you.

Having the same problem.

I´m on a shared server, with 2.6.1 did not have problems, upgrading to 2.7.6.1 and I get the  500: Internal server error all the time.

franponce87 says it is related to problems of the apache server: well I do not think upgrading FO will influence the configuration of the apache server, so I suppose there is something wrong with the upgrade.

Some ideas what it could be?

Hi there!

What I meant is that "Error 500" issues are always logged in the Apache error log, and that is a good place to investigate. :)
In case you need further and official help from our Team, we would gladly do it. Just drop me a private message so that we can talk about it.
