: Document Upload or Save Not Working

I have installed Open Goo in Siteground.
Everything works fine except Documents

It doesn't allow to save or upload any documents.  I assume that the folder permission is blocking the access to the destination folder.

Siteground is suggesting that I should redirect the folder in safer place in server and password protect it.

Any better solutions to this issue?
