I have setup and tried to use several CRM type applications.  I am a computer tech, mostly windows, but I do sell and support linux file servers, manage email and website hosting for several clients, and pretty much live eat and sleep computers.  OpenGoo is far and away the most robust task management system out there.  I have used tags before and they are great.  This system makes the use of Tags even easier!!
