: So what is a context and how do you create one?

I managed to create dimensions directly in the database, but I'm not sure how to create a context. And it seems you can't do anything until you do.

I created a new installation of this, and I got the "create dimensions directly in database" error. I wiped it out and did a new install, and the error went away and it created my default dimension. But of course, now I'm having the email issue I posted about.
Just a thought.

A context basically is the location of where the data is going to be at, but I do not suggest messing much around with these stuff yet, unless of course you do it under a testing environment.

Well, the whole beta installation we're testing is in a dev environment. But I'm getting errors that I can't create anything because there are no contexts.
