: document managment: a professional choice?
: pulsarinformatique April 19, 2011, 01:50:00 PM
Hi

we are considering using FengOffice as a basis for collaborative platforms for our customers.

one of the keak points of Feng seems its way of handling documents. It may be very tedious for classical users to have to upload a file every time it has been modified.

How can we make the process more convenient and smooth ?

thanks

Cyril

Currently, you can upload a batch of documents compressing them on a zip file, and then 'unzipping' them inside Feng Office.

A more advanced interface to do batch uploads inside Feng Office is certainly an improvement that is high on our priority list, so you can expect that feature to be released in the near future.

Some organizations require their staff to archive documents, while others outsource the task to a third party and pay for the service. Whether an organization outsources or handles it in-house, there are many benefits of storing the documents containing historical information.
